Return and Replacement Policy
- PureTea offers return/exchange within 7 calendar days of receipt of shipment. If the item you receive is defective, damaged or does not match the description on PureTea.com.tw, please contact email@example.com within 7 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) of receiving the order. Our service representatives will contact you to process the exchange or return request.
- All items shipped back to PureTea for return or exchange must be in new, unused, and resalable condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and/or samples. Used items will not be accepted for return or exchange for health reasons.
- You are required to safely deliver the return item to the correct address PureTea representatives provide to you. Please use the original shipping box for return. If the original shipping box is no longer available, please use other packaging materials to ship the item. Do not write or stick shipping lables directly on the return item.
- Exchange can only be processed for the same item. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please return your orignal order and order the desired products with a new order.
